March 2020
Tourism has been hard hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. A large number of hotels had to close and all their reservations were cancelled, causing huge losses for hoteliers and job losses for the local community.
April 2020
We met with various hoteliers to explore the possibility to create a network of sustainable hotels, and support the local community.
It is when we decide that we need to join forces to combat any adversity that may arise, so independent hoteliers can feel each other's support, reap the benefits of our common knowledge in the industry and take advantage of the newest hotel technology to increase future sales.
May 2020
Quartz Inn Hotels & Resorts was created and the development started. Our belief is that having one brand for independent hotels, will help those struggling.

Our official presentation at the World Travel Market London was a great success! Quartz Inn has been featured in over 60 publications in 20 countries worldwide. Read more.
