The city centre around the apartments offers everything you need for your stay. Supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacies, bakeries, cafes. Restaurants with local and international cuisine are also looking forward to your visit. The studios are new, modernly equipped, and exude positive energy.

The combined living/sleeping area is fitted with a King-sized bed, complete with high-tech facilities including air conditioning and an android flat screen ambient light TV.

 Everything you need for a cosy evening at home is available in the kitchen.Kitchen equipment includes:

Cancellation policy for short rental:

100% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in
40% refund if you cancel at least 4 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 4 days before check-in


The refund percentage applies to the amount you’ve paid to date at the time of cancellation, not the total amount of the reservation. All cancellations must be made by 11:59 pm in the property’s timezone to fall within the cancellation policy.

It is necessary to send in advance pictures and information from your document and documents of all guests who will stay in the apartment with your (name, date of birth, place of residence) and citizenship, ID or passport number. Once we have received the requested information and payment on the day of your arrival (if it is not agreed differently), we will send you the PINs and short instructions.
We can also provide you with an earlier check-in, depending on availability.
Regular check-in is from 3 pm.

Check-out:

On the last day of stay, the guest is obligated to leave the accommodation until 10 am, so the other guest can check-in from 3 pm.

On request and depends on availability, if it is possible we can provide a check out until 12 pm.
