1-day room cleaning waved
= WE plant a tree 🌳
We would like to introduce to you our program to save on water, energy and damaging chemical products.
Encourage your guests to waive room cleaning during stays longer than 1 night.
We'll plant a tree for each day that your guests didn't require room cleaning and we'll send your guest a Tree Planting Certificate 🌳 with the number of trees planted.
Your benefits
In Europe, an average of 30 minutes is spent cleaning 1 room, with a cost of 10 - 15€ per room and a consumption of 35 liters of water, 100 ml of chemical products and 1.5 kWh of electricity.
With our program:
- We assure you that many of your guests will give up cleaning the room on a daily basis.
- You will save money, and time and will contribute to helping the environment by not wasting water, electricity and chemicals and by planting trees.
- At the end of each year, we would present you with a certificate indicating the number of trees planted thanks to you and the approximate water and electricity savings thanks to this program.
- All properties will receive a special international promotion highlighting their participation in the program.
Benefits for your guests
They get an official Tree Planting Certificate, signed by the Head of the Plantation project where the trees will be planted, stating the kg of CO2 offset, the details of the tree species and the location where the tree will grow. We geolocalize the tree on google maps!

NAME
Your contribution
For each room cleaning waived by your guests, you would contribute 3.00€ to cover the expenses of tree planting and operations. We will plant the trees in different reforestation projects around the world. All contributions are 100% directed to help the environment.
We have already introduced this initiative in 8 European countries, and currently, more than 80 hotels have adopted it.
At the end of each month, we would ask for the corresponding payment for all rooms not cleaned / trees planted during that month.
Eco-flyers to promote the program
We will design custom flyers for your hotel, with your logo and a QR code that leads to a personalized form and will send them out to you.
We recommend displaying them at the reception desk and in each of the rooms. It is also possible to display the information material digitally
Ecological printing
We make sure that the printing processes meet applicable standards and don't burden the natural environment.

The process
It's very simple
1.- Your guest must inform you that they do not need the room to be cleaned.
2.- Once your staff has been informed, the guest will have to scan the QR code that appears on the information material to make a very simple and quick registration to receive their certificate.
3.- On the day of departure, inform your guest that they will receive their certificate by email with the number of trees planted.
